Description:
All MasterCard Send Transactions for certain Clients under one particular Sponsor Bank had all Transactions failed. This disruption was due to a to Sponsor Bank Error. The affected Clients will be given an RCA by the Sponsor Bank.

The issue was eventually fixed by the Sponsor Bank and MasterCard.
